2006
The Story of Primex

Around early 2006, Nitesh Desai, Founder & CEO of Primex Media Services, worked for a Print & Electronic Media company in Ahmedabad. By handling clients in Surat as well as the entire South Gujarat stretch, he got hands-on Media experience.

2007
The Early Days
The two partners of the company decided to split and dissolve the company, leading to job loss for Nitesh and other employees. Unputurbed by the situation, Nitesh pursued a freelancing career in Media & PR, taking on projects from both the former partners’ new companies.
2009
Business Conception
By 2009, the agency freelance projects were already going strong, but Nitesh and the team had already started approaching local clients for direct work.
2010
First Big Win
The first big direct project was when The Grand Bhagwati Hotel launched in Surat in 2010. Renowned celebrities like Kapil Dev, M.S. Dhoni and Bipasha Basu were called for the opening. After successful execution of TGB PR campaign, ‘Prime Communications’ officially entered the game with direct media tie-ups and a solid local client base.
2016
Prime Communications to Primex Media
After exponential growth in Tier 1, Tier 2 cities and the smaller towns in Gujarat, Prime Communications became Primex Media Pvt. Ltd. with Nitesh introducing a bigger team and more all-encompassing PR services.
2018
Leap Into Digital PR

When most companies were still offering conventional PR services, Primex Media Services, forayed into the digital space and introduced Digital PR services to its clients with Newswire Gujarat.

2020
The COVID Era
2020 saw COVID taking everyone by storm and traditional PR sinking underground due to distress in the print media. Several agencies and companies temporarily or permanently shut down, which is when Primex Media decided to expand its footprint nationally by using its digital network. On 15th August 2020, post collaborating with PTI and ANI, Primex Media took Newswire Gujarat to a national level and started making bigger waves.
2024
Present Time
Currently, the diligent team of Primex Media is expertly handling more than 1500 Print & Digital projects every month, regionally as well as nationally!
